Tron revisited...again

I always feel there's more that can be done to this image, but I realize that I should just leave it alone forever. I imagine like most artists, if you took the same idea that you did in the past, but redo it in the present time, the image would probably be that much stronger. I think this is one of those instances.



I can see many things wrong with this image and so many ideas I could really implement. And this is an image that like over a year old.

"Metatron"

Here's the main character concept for my contribution to Shattered, the 2nd volume of Secret Identities. I did use a combination of photos, and painted over them to get the job done. But really what I liked out of the design is the tonality, and sense of realism to it. It's not just space spandex, and I really wanted a flight suit combined with a modern day astronaut suit.
